This is a made-to-order unit, built by our team using a new One Trip steel shipping container for long-term durability, security, and performance. The standard-height design provides a comfortable and functional workspace at a lower price than our High Cube office.

We use closed-cell spray foam instead of cheaper fiberglass or rigid foam-board alternatives. It conforms directly to the steel walls and corrugations, creating a more complete air and moisture barrier with fewer gaps. This helps eliminate condensation and provides better long-term performance in a steel container.
